We talk about good leadership in universities but real life tells a different story..if its not the political leader infringing on human rights in some third world country or corrupt greedy politicians (ummm america?) in developing ones, CEO's paying themselves exorbitant amounts of money, or supervisors on some kind of power trip..yea it is safe to say that all of the idealistic qualities propagated by leadership development courses are ambitious theories at best...

while i agree with what dis guy is sayin, i still find it kinda funny dat all these organization geeks get so scientifical about shit. omg learnin emotional intelligence is da same as learning how not to be a total azzhole. but then again, i guess a lotta bosses are in need of learnin dat lol!

To change the Culture this need to be saturated within ALL SCHOOLS, This Needs to be taught to all studentsin America, but unfortunately those who are fortunate to attend Harvard will only benefit and those of us watching right now!!
