I disagree. If that were true, everyone in the world would be sad, lonely, afraid people. However, you see professional sportsmen and women bursting with confidence, businessmen and women with huge amounts of determination. It all depends on our outlook and frame of the world. For example, on a crappy day, a person could say an insult to you and you would feel twice as bad. But, you could be having a happy day, that same person says the same thing and you could just laugh at them.
