Haha. The unmentioned risk of exposure to this much caffeine is the destruction (temporary) of your natural ability to produce the Neurotransmitter Serotonin. Caffeine, in time, ends up inhibiting the neurotransmitter response in the post synaptic membrane. A detox where you reduce your intake by 10 percent every 30 days is the typical recalibration schedule. Dont stop all at once!

If these people don't directly influence your progress in what your doing, then their "judgment" of you or your actions is completely irrelevant, and YOU are in the wrong for getting worked up over it, not them. Words can not hurt you. I recommend having a good exercise plan and find ways to keep yourself occupied. And keep in mind Rage is your enemy, not the people who spark it. Their actions are out of ignorance, and your reaction to that can only do YOU harm.

I'm honestly not stressed out, until people talk shit, im sure everything u are talkin about is influencing it a bit....but when people talk shit about me when they've only met me twice and make a judgement about my relationship when im not all over my girlfriend, they say where not meant to be together it just cause the rage to build up to a boiling point to where i just need to rage out...is there anything i can do to help myself become less angry |
