I like this video, and infact it helped me alot its why i searched for it in the first place as i wanted to have some control our my irrational emotions taking over,(logic tells us if something is irrational or rational) but the physilogical aspect of things does play a large part in tricking your mind&manipulating your thoughts as to how you want them2work for you, i do believe thats one smart man in the video&i dont believe in big names-fame and money is overrated but admiration for earning it

Emotions are based on cognitive thought, not the physical movements, by performing physical exercises you merely make your mind do the same processes. I've always focused on self control through my mind alone, it's much more effective, your mind can control everything about your body as well as your thoughts if exploited properly.

Emotions stem from the mind not from the body. The body expresses what the mind feels. Within the video skit, you explain "Get this person to get up and jump around, get up and smile, breath deeply, run around, go exercise!" The key point is not the activity. The key point is that another living being has to stimulate the unstimulated being. The stimulation occurs first within the mind not within the body. Thought proceeds actions. |
